Orientation Day will take place on Thursday, August 6th from 4-6pm. Orientation will look differently this year, so please read this carefully. I know this is a lot of information, but we are working diligently to keep everyone informed as much as possible.
Only one parent will be allowed in the classroom sessions.
No students will be allowed in the building during the orientation.
Masks will be required to enter the building. (Masks with valves are not acceptable)
Parents will sign up for a time to attend an orientation session for each child. There will be four sessions to choose from, 4pm 4:30pm 5pm 5:30pm
You will go to your child’s classroom and meet with their homeroom teacher. Please bring your child’s school supplies at this time as well. You will not be allowed to enter the school building on the first day of school with supplies, so please bring them with you at this time. Please put your child’s name on all their supplies.
SPECIAL NOTES: 1st Grade – I would like the child’s name on all the school supplies. That means I would like it on every pencil or crayon. (They could put initials on the pencils and crayons.) They don’t need to put names on the cleaning supplies.
4th Grade – How to label school supplies for 4th grade: Place supplies in a brown paper bag. Label outside of the bag with your child’s name and grade.
You will need to print and fill out two documents and bring them with you. One is a health form for our clinic. One is a form stating you understand our COVID policies. Both forms must be turned in for your registration to be considered complete.
