Education Savings Account (ESA)
The Education Savings Account (ESA) is a program being offered to families with students zoned for Memphis Shelby County Schools. Families that qualify for the ESA will have state and local money to use toward education expenses, including tuition and/or fees at approved private schools. Important: St. Ann Catholic School is not involved in the approval or denial of families wanting to apply for the ESA program.

Instructions:
1. Print and fill out ESA application
2. Make copies of all necessary documentation
3. Mail packet to:
