Colts SUMMER CAMPS 2024

 

St. Ann is excited to announce our 2024 Colts Summer Mini-Weekly Camps during the months of June, July, and August. Each camp is run by an individual, so please check for contact information in the camp details. Please also make checks payable to this person and not St. Ann School.

We will also offer a St. Ann Colts Day Camp that will run June 3 - July 26 (Closed July 1-5)

All children are welcome to attend Colts Camp! Camps will be held on St. Ann Catholic School campus at 6529 Stage Road in Bartlett, TN. Information about each camp and a contact person is listed below.  If you are interested in a camp(s), please complete the registration and medical forms.

Summer mini-weekly camps
Camp applications are available in the school office as well as the school’s website. Applications can be submitted to the school office along with payment. Your child’s place in the camp will not be guaranteed without payment. Payments are non-refundable.
Pre-registered campers (by May 15th) will be guaranteed one Colts Camp t-shirt, regardless of how many camps they attend. One shirt per camper while supplies last.

Sports Rec Activity Camp 
Grades: rising 2nd - 8th
Dates: June 3rd - 7th 
Times: 9am - 11:30am
Description: At camp, athletes will participate in a variety of sports games and activities. This camp will include some of your favorite PE game such as Dodgeball, Capture the Flag, and so much more

Spanish Summer Camp 
Cost: $130 per session 
Dates:  June 3rd - 7th
1st session:  Time 9:00am - 11:00 am (rising Kindergarten - 4th) 
2nd session: Time: 12:00pm- 2:00 pm (rising 5th grade - 8th grade) 
Join us this summer in a fun & academic based, Spanish immersion Camp! 
Habla Spanish is bringing the Fun and smiles back to learning Spanish. Through music, art, games and so much more, we will work on developing and practicing Spanish.

Junior Theatre Camp 
Dates: June 3-7 
Time: 12:30-3:30pm
Cost: $125 
Grades: Rising 2nd-5th Graders 
Description: At Junior Theater Camp, campers will embark on an audacious challenge to audition, practice, memorize, and perform a play all in one week! Along with acting games, ensemble building activities and costume design, campers will have a blast as they prepare for their play. The camp culminates with a performance of the play for family and friends on the last day!

Under the Sea Summer camp 
Calling all MERMAIDS & SHARKS! Join us for a therapeutic summer camp that will include innovative sensory experiences, gross motor and fine motor skill development and a lot of FUN! Crafts, games, bubbles, sand castle & more!! 
Date: June 10th - 14th
Grades: rising Pk3- 3rd Grade

Cheer camp 
At cheer camp, we will learn cheers, jumping techniques, and a choreographed routine. There will be group stunting, crafts, and team bonding games. We will also work on individual tumbling skills. The big focus will be on fun while each cheerleader learns important life skills such as teambuilding and leadership. The week concludes with a performance. Go Colts!

Colts Olympics
Grades: rising 1st - 3rd grade
Dates: June 17th - 21st 
Time: 9am - 11:30am
Description: Come join Team Colts for a week long of fun learning and participating in all things Olympics. With the summer Olympics going on, we will learn about the history of the games as well as playing out our own Olympic Games.

Art Camp
Grades: rising 1st - 8th
Dates: June 17th - 21st
Times: 1pm - 3:30pm
Description: Come create with us! We will explore color, tie dye, sketch, paint, sculpt, watercolor, and so much more! Dress to get messy!

Tech Camp
Grades: rising 3rd - 8th
Dates: JUne 17th - 21st
Times: 9:30am - 12pm
Location: Library
Description: Come learn and grow your iPad skill at tech camp! Everyone can create! Campers will work on projects using music, drawings, video, and photos. We will compete in coding competitions, learn and create green screen projects, write a script, build a set, and film a stop motion movie, practicing using editing tools, and so much more!

Super Hero Camp 
Grades: rising 1st - 3rd grade
Dates: June 24th - 28th
Time: 9am - 11:30am
Description: It’s a bird… it’s a plane… it’s the Super Colts!! Come join our superhero team this summer. We will discover our superpowers in fun and imaginative activities and crafts. Come find the superhero in you with Ms. Farm and Mrs. Harris!

Middle School Theatre Intensive
Dates: June 24-28 
Time: 12:30-3:30pm
Cost: $125 
Grades: Rising 5th-8th Graders 
Description: At the Middle School Theatre Intensive, students will go through the various aspects of putting on a theatrical performance. Students will practice audition skills, songs, monologues, choreography, and learn what goes on behind the scenes to make a show happen. Along the way, students will receive individualized feedback to enhance their performances and make them feel more comfortable on stage.

Little Colts Cheer Camp 
At Little Colts cheer camp, we will learn the fundamentals of cheerleading. We will focus on cheers, motions, jumps, and stunts. Camp will also include games and crafts. The week will conclude with a performance for the parents. Go Colts!

Peek Into Pre-K

Description: Come get a sneak peek into Pre-K 4. Campers will engage in fun activities and games while learning basic classroom skills!

Camp Unplugged! 
Grades: rising 1st - 5th grades
Dates: July 15th - 19th 
Times: 12:30pm - 3pm 
Description: Who’s ready for a FUNtastic week? Come explore your adventurous side at this super exciting camp filled with art, games, STEM challenges, sports, no-bake cooking, creative writing, building with Legos, and more! It will have a little bit of everything for everyone!

Quiz Bowl Camp
Dates: July 15th-19th 
Time: 12:30-3:30pm
Cost: $125 
Grades: Rising 6th-8th Graders (10 Student Cap) 
Description: At the Quiz Bowl Camp, students will compete in Quiz Bowl style competition with a buzzer system. Students will be asked questions in science, literature, history, pop culture, sports, fine arts and more! Students will learn strategy, as well as research and explore academic categories to expand their knowledge.

Slime Camp

Come and use your senses for a fun-filled week of making your own slime and slime inspired creations!

Decade Camp

Soccer Ole 2024
Dates:  July 22-26 and July 29 - Aug. 2 from 8:30-11:30 am on the field (youth gym, if raining)

Description: Through certified coaching and a variety of instructional drills, your child will have the opportunity to learn from the best and develop their talent as a soccer player. They will not only be able to learn the game of soccer, they will also get to play games with their peers and form relationships with other players.Players are grouped by age and/or gender and/or skill level. Levels range from beginner to advanced. Coaching is geared towards improving individual technique/skills as well as a sense of a team within a group. Focus on fundamentals of the game in addition to physical fitness components such as: agility, coordination, speed, power, balance, cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance.
